安睿顺德伦律师事务所（Eversheds Sutherland）是由Eversheds LLP和Sutherland Asbill＆Brennan LLP律师事务所在2017年2月组成的全球跨国法律业务，是全球50大法律业务之一。

2016年11月29日，Eversheds宣布正在与美国Sutherland Asbill＆Brennan公司进行后期合并谈判。此次合并将使公司在全球收入中排名第39位，并将Eversheds推入英国排名前10位的律师事务所前十名。

2016年12月16日，Eversheds宣布批准合并，新公司将从2017年2月1日开始以Eversheds Sutherland名称来运营。

2017年，瑞典Eversheds与Northlaw Advisors合并。之后，安睿顺德伦分别在杜塞尔多夫，卢森堡，莫斯科和圣彼得堡开设办事处。
