StudentEnvironmentalActionCoalition(简称SEAC)成立于1998年，由美国、加拿大两地数百所中学和大学组成。在区域内，可以直接参加联盟和其他年轻志愿者一起参加环境保护活动。SEAC在费城设立办公室，为年轻志愿者提供出版物、技能训练、一对一咨询等资源。

We define the environment to include the physical, economic, political, and cultural conditions in which we live.
