Snaplay.info是一个基于图像识别技术的内容的搜索应用，是一款让你拍个照片就能找出你要的音乐、视频等你所很感兴趣的话题内容，Snaplay由伦敦的D&A制造的一款内容搜索程序，其工作原理很象Shazam，利用分析一些具有代表性的样本为用户搜索相对应的内容。

　　开发商D&A把Snaplay形容为“图片版的Shazam”。用户用相机把感兴趣的媒体的一些视觉信息(比如电影海报、广告或者专辑封面等)拍下来，然后等Snaplay把相关内容搜索出来。

　　在内容方面，Snaplay可以和Spotify结合使用或者从本地媒体库中寻找相符的搜索结果。而就视频来说，Snaplay的搭档是YouTube。合伙人JoeRandall-Cutler表示未来会有更多的“插件”加入到现有服务中，例如有声电子书或Kindle电子书等。
