国际演讲会(Toastmasters International)是一个国际非盈利组织，通过其数以千计之属会，该组织提供有沟通及领导两方法的课程，课程主要教授说话，聆听及思考的技巧。目的为帮会员提升其沟通，演讲及领导技巧。

国际演讲会由一个名为Smedley Chapter One Club的组识发展而成，后者Zhui终成为第一个演讲会。于1924年10月22日由Ralph C. Smedley创办。当时附属于美国Santa Ana, California的国际青年协会。国际演讲会于1932年12月19日，于加州注册为法人团。至目前为止，该会服务过的会员超过四百万人，现时会员数超过34万，属会超过15000个，遍布全球135个国家。
